Financial Orders
An Application for Consent Orders can be filed at any time after separation, but must be filed within twelve (12) months of a Divorce Order being made, or two (2) years of the end of a de facto relationship.
Parenting Orders
There are no time limits for the filing of Consent Orders regarding care of a child or children.
