• Complete and file an Application for Domestic Violence Protection Order
• Apply for a Temporary Protection Order while pursuing a final order including emergency applications to be heard by the court immediately. We offer a unique service of an expedited application that could see a temporary order granted by the close of business that same day in certain circumstances. 
• Seek conditions in an order to enhance protection such as an ouster order (asking the court to remove a person from a dwelling) or resisting an application against you. 
• Appear in any Criminal Domestic Violence matter that arises from a breach of a Domestic Violence Order. 
• Appear at a hearing (trial) when the other side does not agree with an application OR if you don’t agree with an application made against you.
